Turkey Tapenade Sandwich
For a true deli style sandwich, nothing tops a great olive tapenade. Start with our Oven Roasted Turkey Breast and put it all together on two slices of crispy sourdough. Who's ready for lunch?
What you need
2 slices sourdough bread, toasted
1 1/2 tsp. olive tapenade
2 sliceshavarti cheese
2 slices vine tomatoes
1 tsp. olive oil
2 basil leaves
salt and pepper
How to Make it
1.On 1 slice of bread, spread evenly half of the olive tapenade
2.Place half of the turkey on bread
3.Add slices of cheese, slices of tomatoes
4.Drizzle olive oil on tomatoes, season with salt and pepper, add basil leaves
5.Top with second slice of bread
