Artichoke-Asiago Turkey Sandwich

What you need
2 slices sourdough bread, toasted
1 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. asiago cheese
1/8 tsp. black pepper
1/3 cup marinated artichoke hearts packed in olive oil, drained & quartered
1/2 cup arugula
How to Make it
1.Combine mayonnaise, asiago cheese, and pepper in a small bowl
2.Spread mayonnaise mixture on one slice of bread
3.Place artichoke hearts evenly
4.Layer turkey slices and arugula
5.Top with remaining slice of bread
