Deli-cious Sushi-Sized Snacks

These sushi-like rolled snacks feature deli sliced Sara Lee Honey Ham at the center and cool, crisp veggies all the way around. Great for party trays or as a meal on their own.

What you need
1 10-inch tortilla
2 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/2 oz. cucumbers, julienned
1/2 oz. carrots, shredded
How to Make it
1.Lay the tortilla out flat and spread the cream cheese evenly over the entire tortilla
2.Add ham slices over the bottom 2/3 of the tortilla
3.Spread the cucumber and carrots in the middle third end to end
4.Starting at the bottom, tightly roll the tortilla (but not so tightly that the ingredients fall out)
5.Cut into 8 'sushi-sized' pieces and insert toothpicks into each piece for serving
